Main Library Meeting Rooms

Main Library has six meeting rooms on the second floor available for rental.   There are six study rooms on the first floor that are free and can be reserved in advance.

Boulevard Room

The Boulevard Room includes:

  • 11 mobile, flip-top, nesting tables; 1 accessible (60″ x 30″)
  • 49 chairs in room
  • Customers are responsible for room set-up
  • Maximum occupancy: 49

  • Wireless and wired (via provided HDMI cable) presentation capabilities via projection and screen
  • Videoconferencing capabilities
  • Whiteboard with dry erase markers
  • Podium

Rental Rates:

  • Non-profit groups: No charge
  • For-profit/social groups: $40 per hour

The Fernway Room includes:

  • 7 mobile, flip-top, nesting tables; 1 accessible table (60″ x 30″)
  • 46 chairs in room
  • Customers are responsible for room set-up
  • Maximum occupancy: 46

Both spaces must be reserved individually in order to combine the spaces.

The combined Boulevard & Fernway Rooms include:

  • 18 mobile, flip-top, nesting tables; 2 accessible (60″ x 30″)
  • 95 chairs in room
  • Customers are responsible for room set-up
  • Maximum occupancy: 95

  • Videoconferencing capabilities from the Fernway Space

Shared Kitchenette

The Shared Kitchenette includes:

  • Refrigerator with freezer
  • Sink
  • Counter space
  • Electrical outlets

The Shared Kitchenette is available to anyone with a meeting room reservation.

Multiple customers may use the space at the same time during their reservation time.  We ask that meeting room customers work together to share the space equally as needed.

Study Rooms

Main Library has 6 rooms available for quiet study or tutoring sessions

  • Rooms 1, 2, and 3 can accommodate 2 people
  • Rooms 4, 5, and 6 can accommodate 4 people
