Shaker Heights Public Library Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk
Shaker Heights Public Library requests qualifications from CMR firms for renovations to the Main Library facility and possibly renovations to the Bertram Woods Branch Library to address Library facility needs (Project). Firms must be experienced in the CMR delivery method, including scheduling, cost estimating, constructability review, GMP and open book pricing, and have experience in public construction; specific criteria are included in the RFQ.

Submit the requested qualifications, together with the firm’s experience and a statement of interest in the Project, to Amy Switzer, 16500 Van Aken Blvd, Shaker Heights OH 44120, no later than 4 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Shaker Heights Public Library is accepting qualifications from design professionals to provide design and related construction administration services for renovations to the Shaker Heights Library, with the option to provide services for the Bertram Woods Branch renovations, at the office of the Director, SHPL, 16500 Van Aken Blvd, Shaker Heights OH 44120.
