Brainfuse HelpNow – Online tutoring and homework help for students of all ages. Live tutors are available from 2:00-11:00 PM EDT each day, and there are also lessons, videos, practice tests, and a writing lab. 

CreativeBug – Video classes on arts-and-craft topics, including projects specifically for kids. Use your library card number to access the classes.

This is a fun, effective, and engaging experience for learners of all levels looking to build their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in a foreign language. With over 100 languages to choose from, including English for speakers of over 26 languages, there is something for every learner.

ExploraPrimary
Offers students a choice of 8 general research areas, which are represented by clickable graphics, and then narrowed to more specific topics. Results list academic journal articles, books, encyclopedia entries, magazine articles, reports, reviews, or other sources. Students have the option of listening to the articles read to them, and citation tools are provided.

Kids InfoBits
This is an easy to navigate, graphic-based research website that offers articles on a variety of topics. The text in the articles may be read at two levels, allowing the reader to choose the level appropriate for them. Photographs add to the articles, and sidebars highlight important vocabulary words (level 1) or main ideas (level 2). Source citations at the end of the article make it easier for students to cite their sources.

World Book Kids
Search with simple keywords or browse topics via the explore button. Articles include photos and other visuals, and citations are provided at the end of each article to assist students learning to cite sources. Students may also click the sound button to have paragraphs read to them.

Explora Secondary
The homepage presents 8 general subject areas and common searches for that subject area. Students may also enter their own search terms. Results will include academic journal articles, books, encyclopedia entries, magazine articles, reports, reviews, or other sources.
