Cleveland Memory
Cleveland State University’s Cleveland Memory Project includes the The Shaker Heights Collection, which includes the Shaker Heights Cleveland Press Collection, contains over 500 digital images of schoolchildren, club members, city planning and construction, city service providers, business owners and workers, green spaces, and historic events in Shaker Heights. Search by subject, date range, or keyword. You may also order prints through Cleveland State University’s Digital Production Unit or Connect to Shaker Library Local History for digital access.
Ohio Memory
The Shaker Heights Public Library contributed twenty-two photographs to the Ohio Memory Online Scrapbook, including historical images such as the 1959 flood, the 1970 police station bombing, and scenes from everyday life, business, and schooling in Shaker Heights.
