Teens

This is the place to find a good book, see what’s going on at the library or get the information you need to finish your homework.

You can work on a group assignment for school, fill out an online job application, learn about exciting volunteer and job opportunities in the area or just relax.

Looking for your next favorite book?

We can help you find books you need for school or want to read for fun.  If you are looking for eBooks, eAudiobooks, or other media to download, try our eLibrary for something new to read, watch, or listen to.

Want to know what’s going on for teens at the library?

The Teen Center, a homework and activity center for teens in grades 7-12, is located on the second floor of the Main Library. It is open Monday through Thursday, 3:30 to 7:00 pm during the school year, 1:30 to 5:00 pm during school breaks and the summer.

Check out our calendar of Special Events  just for teens!

Need to do homework?

Trying to complete a homework assignment? Doing research for a paper? The library can help get you started with tools for research on your own, online help from a KnowItNow librarian, and free homework help for students up to Grade 8 in our Homework Center.
