Staff Present: Mr. Dickinson, Mr. Piskac

Others: Ms. Amy Main Morgenstern, Main Stream Enterprises, Inc.

Mr. Marty Pollock, Main Stream Enterprises, Inc.

Mr. McGovern called the special meeting of the Shaker Heights Public Library Board of Trustees to order at 7:34 a.m. in the Main Library Boardroom. Mr. McGovern turned the meeting over to Mrs. Shatten to introduce her guest speakers from Main Stream Enterprises, Inc. Mrs. Shatten introduced Ms. Amy Main Morgenstern and Mr. Marty Pollock of Main Stream Enterprises. They introduced their company Main Stream Enterprises and provided an interactive discussion on the strategic planning process for Shaker Heights Public Library.

Adjournment

There being no further business, Mr. McGovern moved and board members unanimously agreed to adjourn the special board meeting at 8:48 a.m.
