It is the policy of the Shaker Heights Public Library that all facts shall be promptly, clearly and fully disclosed to the public, absent a clear and present need to delay disclosure of a specific fact. Personnel matters are confidential. To ensure timely communication of accurate information in a crisis situation, all media inquiries must be directed to the Library`s Director or the Board President, as the organization’s official, authorized spokespersons.
