Library material may be renewed in person, online or by phone. Some items may not be eligible for renewal if the material has been requested by another customer. Some popular material may not be eligible for holds or renewals to ensure that a wide selection of new material is available to customers.
To renew items online anytime:Provide your library card number and PIN at the
Library Catalog.
To renew material by phone:
Call 216-991-2030 or 991-2421Provide your library card number or bar code numbers of all items you wish to renew.
Peak library hours are at dinner time or half an hour before closing. You may wish to avoid calling during those times. Telephone renewals cannot be made if the computer network is unavailable.
